Dr. Tian He was born in Shanghai, China and raised in New Jersey. She received her BS in Engineering from Columbia University in New York City. She pursued her goal of becoming a dentist at Rutgers University School of Dental Medicine in New Jersey, receiving a Doctorate in Dental Medicine. During her tenure at Rutgers, she realized an aspiration to work with children’s oral health. She decided to pursue a specialized two-year post-doctorate residency program in Pediatric Dentistry at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children in Philadelphia. During residency, Dr. He enjoyed serving the local community as a dental adjunct and helped provide essential preventive and restorative services to many inner-city public school students. She also provided valuable community service abroad with the World Mission Dental Service Program in Guatemala and Give Kids a Smile programs that she continues to volunteer with in Hawaii to this day.
Dr. He is committed to providing safe, personalized, quality pediatric dental care and guidance to her patients. In her spare time, Dr. He enjoys cooking, hiking, scuba diving, underwater photography, traveling, and the newest boba drink trends.
